Today’s blog is about popcorn.  6 cups of popcorn is under 200 calories, 2 grams of fat and a whopping 7 grams of fiber if you make it right. Here is how I make it healthy. I take “Great Value” popcorn from Wal-Mart brand and pour 2/3 of a cup of kernels into a lunch size paper bag, fold the bag over and microwave for two minuets.  Once it is popped, I simply pour it into a container and sprinkle some Kernel Seasoning brand popcorn seasoning (about a teaspoon and half ) and mix it up.
